Maybe the security constitution was low, so low to have been inadequate in securing lives or maybe, it wasn’t the security but an overblown ego that saw reasons too late for anything tangible to have been done.

Titanic was a luxury passenger liner that hit an iceberg in Atlantic Ocean on its maiden voyage from the Southampton England to the New York City. The ill-fated Titanic, along with 1,517 people on board, sank on 15^th April, 1912; and has been known as the worst ever maritime disaster in history.
